As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of our projects. You will assist the senior team in managing cost control, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring all projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn, possesses strong numerical skills, and is ready to contribute to landmark projects across Singapore.

Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget plans, and tender documents.
- Perform accurate take-offs and measurements from construction drawings for Civil & RC works.
- Support the contract administration process, including the preparation of progress claims and payment certifications.
- Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project site progress and conduct regular site visits to verify work done against claims.
- Maintain proper documentation for project variations, site records, and contractual correspondence.
- Support the senior quantity surveying team in cost reconciliation and final account settlement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good understanding of Civil and RC construction processes and terminology.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
