Responsibility
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and update schedules using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project).
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Support the scheduling of project meetings, workshops, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks and escalate potential issues to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of governance reports and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of project changes, decisions, and action items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
