Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO) and Material Receipt Notes (MRN).
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to various production sites.
- Support pre-casting quality control processes to ensure product standards are met.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of quality control processes is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
