Responsibility
- Assist in defining and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Work closely with development teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the Product Owner in creating and updating product documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Passion for digital products and user-centric design.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in product management is a plus.
