Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement solutions.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or excess supply.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, materials, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and reporting systems for audit and analysis.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize value.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payments and deliveries.
- Support tender processes, including bid evaluations and supplier selections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and ethical sourcing practices is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
