Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of Bühler milling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor production quality and output, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
- Assist in raw material handling, storage, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with senior operators and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports for tracking performance metrics.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of milling processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes (prior experience in milling or food processing is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations (including nights, weekends, and holidays as required).
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
