Responsibility
- Assist senior TCM practitioners in diagnosing and treating patients using traditional methods such as acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal prescriptions.
- Conduct patient consultations, including pulse and tongue diagnosis, to assess health conditions according to TCM principles.
- Prepare and administer herbal remedies, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
- Educate patients on TCM therapies, lifestyle adjustments, and preventive care to support long-term wellness.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to integrate TCM practices with modern medical approaches where applicable.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in TCM through continuous learning and professional development.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, ethics, and patient care in all clinical interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid certification or license to practice TCM (or eligibility to obtain one in Indonesia).
- Basic knowledge of TCM theories, including Yin-Yang balance, meridian systems, and the Five Elements.
- Hands-on experience or internship in a TCM clinic is a plus but not required for junior candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to holistic healing.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
