Responsibility
- Manage the owner’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
- Assist with personal and professional errands as required.
- Maintain confidential files and documents with utmost care.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation.
- Assist in planning and executing business and leisure travel itineraries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role (entry-level candidates with strong potential are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
