Responsibility
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence to support executive decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Monitor departmental projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue booking, catering, and technical setup.
- Maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
- Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is advantageous.
