Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and equipped with necessary materials.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor logs, and appointment schedules using digital tools.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed.
- Handle mail distribution, courier services, and other logistical tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing visitor questions and resolving minor issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and professional attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phones) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or hospitality are advantageous.
