Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end training programs, including scheduling, venue logistics, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including trainers, vendors, and participants, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and risk management plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and outcomes, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of training materials, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Conduct post-program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage trainer contracts, payments, and performance feedback to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and employee development needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations management, or training administration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for training programs.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus.
