Responsibility
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (IFRS).
- Assist clients with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients’ financial strategies.
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., DJP) for tax audits, objections, and appeals.
- Provide bookkeeping support, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop tailored financial solutions for SMEs and multinational clients.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian tax laws and accounting regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. A Brevet A/B/C certification is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, tax consulting, or auditing (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., e-SPT, DJP Online) and accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (Bali-based).
