Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle General Affairs duties, including office administration, vendor management, and procurement.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Brevet A/B certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting, tax, or general affairs, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, Accurate, SAP) and MS Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in General Administration or willingness to undergo training.
