Responsibility
- Develop and execute engaging content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, email, etc.) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Assist in social media management, including scheduling posts, community engagement, and performance tracking using tools like Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content for campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for content optimization.
- Support the development of SEO-friendly content to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions) to refine strategies.
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, from copywriting to A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio or internship experience is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and basic analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is advantageous.
