As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will drive customer acquisition, promote credit products, and build long-term relationships with clients in Bali’s thriving business communities—from Canggu and Ubud to Denpasar, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua. Responsibility
- Develop and execute credit marketing strategies to attract new clients in Bali’s key business hubs.
- Promote BRIF (Bank Rakyat Indonesia Finance) products, including loans, credit facilities, and financial solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and tailor credit offerings accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual borrowers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for credit disbursement and customer acquisition.
- Provide financial consultations to clients, explaining terms, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance with banking regulations.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on marketing activities, conversions, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or banking (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, sales, or financial product promotion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of credit products, loan structures, and financial regulations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) for client meetings.
