Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create and oversee high-impact content (blogs, videos, infographics) aligned with brand voice and audience needs.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, CRM tools) and provide actionable insights to refine marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer acquisition targets.
- Lead A/B testing for landing pages, ads, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement innovative tools/technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and industry leaders to expand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and branding.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools to track and interpret data.
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with experience in crafting messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
