Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content reach.
- Manage paid social media advertisements, including budget allocation, targeting, and A/B testing for maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to expand reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creative flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and scheduling platforms (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
