Responsibility

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement across Bali.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with creative, food-centric content.
  • Optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, conversions) to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local partners to amplify reach.
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to promote offers and events.
  • Oversee online reputation management, including reviews and customer feedback.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activities to innovate campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
  • Proficiency in social media management, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s tourism and dining landscape is a plus.
