Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media content strategy aligned with brand voice and business goals.
- Create high-quality, platform-optimized content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, and copy) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine content performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a loyal online community.
- Track KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Assist in campaign ideation, from concept to execution, including influencer and UGC collaborations.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform best practices to maximize organic reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and content formats that perform best.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging, authentic content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategies to boost discoverability.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
