Responsibility
- Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Support the development of project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior project managers to refine processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT project coordination, software development, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
