Responsibility
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Support the development, control, and distribution of IMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on IMS performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance system effectiveness.
- Maintain and update the company’s document control system, ensuring version control and accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Facilitate training sessions and awareness programs to promote IMS compliance and best practices among employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify risks, implement controls, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of management reviews and reports to senior leadership on IMS performance and compliance status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMS, quality management, compliance, or a related role (entry-level candidates with relevant internships or certifications will be considered).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and document control skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems is a plus.
- Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor, or similar are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
