Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as employment contracts and policy manuals.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist in the organization of company events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide support to employees by answering HR-related questions and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
