Responsibility
- Assist in identifying staffing needs and developing job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate scheduling for hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
