Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate and process monthly payroll, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records, providing reports and insights to management as needed.
- Support HR compliance by staying updated on local labor laws and ensuring company policies align with legal requirements.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and professional responses to HR-related questions.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
