Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance in alignment with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Handle payroll processing and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or local systems).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends.
