Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance in alignment with local labor laws.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or local systems).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends.
