Responsibility
- Develop and edit designs for various printing materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, and posters.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and finalize print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in color, resolution, and formatting.
- Review and proofread designs to maintain high-quality standards and minimize errors.
- Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and priorities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of print design principles, including color modes, bleeds, and resolution.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
- Basic knowledge of prepress processes and print production.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interpret client needs and present design concepts.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work, preferably in print media.
