Responsibility
- Develop accurate architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine designs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Prepare construction documents and specifications in compliance with local building regulations and standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and project proposals.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy reference and future modifications.
- Conduct site visits as needed to verify measurements and gather additional data for drawings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of technical drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant drafting software.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction standards in Bali.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
