Responsibility
- Lead the design and planning of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client visions and regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D models using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Oversee construction processes, conducting site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to integrate structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements seamlessly.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards, particularly those relevant to Bali's unique environment.
- Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and government agencies, incorporating feedback and refining concepts as needed.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to deliver high-quality results within scope.
- Stay abreast of emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensure or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability practices, particularly in tropical climates.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or on international projects is highly desirable.
