Responsibility
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management review.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance.
- Support the development of financial models and forecasts to guide business decisions.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to improve cost efficiency and revenue growth.
- Assist in budgeting processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and presentations for stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role (internships or academic projects count!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic financial modeling) and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and reporting standards is a plus.
- Passion for finance and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
