Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data and identifying trends.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual and budgeted financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Maintain and update financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably in agribusiness or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
