Responsibility
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and supplier contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply discrepancies.
- Assist in the evaluation of supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Support the procurement manager in sourcing new suppliers and conducting market research.
- Ensure all procurement documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to excel in procurement are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with ERP software or inventory management systems is an added advantage.
