Responsibility
- Oversee daily plant electrical engineering operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of systems.
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to execution, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Mentor, train, and supervise engineering staff to enhance technical skills and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with organizational goals and standards.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, project progress, and compliance status to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant electrical engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and industrial safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO).
- Proven track record in project management, including planning, execution, and budget control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
