Responsibility
- Assist in supervising daily electrical operations to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on electrical system performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, including preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Support the implementation of new electrical systems, upgrades, or modifications as required.
- Ensure adherence to local and national electrical codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians and staff on electrical best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, supervision, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with electrical systems, control panels, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, or industrial automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and software for diagnostics.
- Willingness to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided for qualified candidates).
