Responsibility
- Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design specifications and requirements.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure compliance with industry standards and project needs.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including site plans, elevations, and sections.
- Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring version control and easy retrieval of project documentation.
- Conduct site visits (when required) to verify measurements and gather data for drafting purposes.
- Support the engineering team in material takeoffs and cost estimation processes.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in drafting, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software; familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprint reading, and technical specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce error-free, high-quality drawings.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is advantageous.
