Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer engineering challenges.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of National Instrumentsâ products.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with R&D and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, reports, and documentation for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and National Instrumentsâ product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Passion for customer engagement and a desire to work in a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with LabVIEW, data acquisition systems, or test automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend industry events.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or project experience in a relevant field is advantageous.
