Responsibility
- Assist in forecasting product demand based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify demand patterns and opportunities.
- Prepare and present demand planning reports to key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of demand planning tools and software.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss demand forecasts and supply chain strategies.
- Continuously improve demand planning processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Basic understanding of supply chain management principles and demand forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with ERP or demand planning software is a plus.
