Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
  • Address and resolve customer enquiries regarding product information, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide feedback on customer pain points and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office administrative tools.
