Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., ACRA, SSM, or equivalent in Indonesia).
- Support the coordination of board and committee meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Maintain and update corporate records, registers, and compliance databases.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of corporate documents.
- Monitor and track deadlines for annual returns, financial statements, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in the incorporation of new entities and changes in corporate structure as directed.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and ensure proper documentation of proceedings.
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary and senior management as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of corporate law, governance principles, and compliance requirements (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with corporate secretarial software is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new regulations and procedures.
