In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating project activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of initiatives that empower communities and foster international cooperation. Based in the vibrant regions of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you’ll contribute to projects that create lasting social impact while growing your career in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of education programs and partnership initiatives.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to support financial transparency.
- Facilitate communication between Indonesian and U.S.-based teams, including meeting scheduling and translation support.
- Conduct research and data analysis to inform program strategies and improvements.
- Organize logistics for workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder events.
- Provide administrative support, including email correspondence, filing, and database management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian (fluency in both is required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with education sector trends, NGO operations, or international partnerships is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities.
