Responsibility

  • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems to ensure real-time tracking of orders and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to support decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolutions professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients and distributors.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or office support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, order management, and inventory control.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
