Responsibility
- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, fostering positive relationships.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the mall’s facilities are well-maintained and safe for visitors.
- Monitor and manage tenant leases, renewals, and contractual obligations.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Assist in organizing mall events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, including incident reports and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce mall rules and ensure a secure environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mall administration, property management, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, customers, and team members.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative software.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, contractual terms, and basic legal compliance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
