Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing a warm and professional welcome to our showroom.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Coordinate showroom appointments, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-ups for clients and internal teams.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure showroom presentations align with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation to create an inviting atmosphere for visitors.
  • Handle basic cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing petty cash as needed.
  • Provide support during events, promotions, or special showroom activities to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a showroom, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills; experience with CRM or scheduling software is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours during peak periods or events.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are a bonus.
