Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate class schedules, registrations, and member bookings using internal systems.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Liaise with instructors, members, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Process payments, invoices, and financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and community activities.
  • Maintain inventory of office and facility supplies, placing orders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative, office support, or customer service roles (1-2 years preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
