Responsibility
- Manage and organize office correspondence, including emails, letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and cost-effective.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of workstations and documentation.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday in a dynamic office setting.
