Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze production and operational costs to identify variances and trends.
- Prepare accurate and timely cost reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on cost control measures.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new projects or process improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to optimize business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial controlling, cost accounting, or commercial finance (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
