Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide instructional leadership to teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with parents and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the facility.
- Monitor and support the developmental progress of children through effective pedagogical strategies.
- Manage centre resources, including administrative tasks and teacher scheduling.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training workshops as provided.
Qualifications
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Preschool Education – Leadership (DPL).
- Strong leadership potential with a passion for early childhood development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, parents, and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards in education.
