Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and track key strategic initiatives, including project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder updates.
- Act as a liaison between departments to foster alignment, resolve bottlenecks, and improve inter-team communication.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations with data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all executive matters.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operational, or project coordination roles (internships count).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in crafting professional correspondence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
