Responsibility
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and personal appointments with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and discreet communication.
- Coordinate business and personal errands, including vendor management, event planning, and household administration.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee expense tracking, budget management, and financial documentation for both professional and personal matters.
- Liaise with high-profile clients, partners, and family members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for critical documents and records.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Professional supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong discretion and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Proven ability to manage logistics, including travel arrangements, itinerary planning, and expense reporting.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates in Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
