Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Support the development and implementation of category strategies to optimize procurement processes.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and new vendor opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers under the guidance of senior buyers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales) to align procurement with business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
