Responsibility
- Conduct face-to-face marketing and sales presentations to potential clients in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Execute sales activation strategies across retail, corporate, and event-based channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and client documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
